While I was driving home from work, I saw an OEM ultramarine frs with no front plate driving west on Rorimer St then turned left onto La Seda Rd towards Valley Blvd (about 0.2 mile from my house) in La Puente / Rowland Heights around 5:01pm on Friday APRIL 10.
