If they are on at the same time, it is bad news. Bring the car in the dealership and ask them for a loaner until they take care of the issue.
CEL and TCS light on at the same time might be more serious issues.
Whatever it is, since your car is under warranty, make sure it is fixed correctly. Else you might want to look into lemon the car.
