Definitely a suspension component.

Check:
-ball joints
-the upper strut bearings for play(this might be the pillow ball)
-make sure the top nut on the coil over is tight(I found this to be the issue on my buddy club n+ coilovers once)
-endlinks

Hate to think it would be a wheel bearing issue with such low mileage. Im at least assuming it's relatively low mileage for such a new car.
