iTunes Match. $20 and it backs up all of your music to the cloud (even things not purchased on iTunes...) and makes it available via the cloud on all of your devices. If you have a crappy bitrate version, it will match it to the 256kbps iTunes version and let you download that instead. Very slick way to upgrade your junky Napster/Kazaa acquired music, too. I just purchase all of my music from iTunes these days, though. Way too easy versus buying and ripping CDs.
