Prepare to possibly buy new Sway Bar endlinks for the fronts as well. Waiting for new ones to come in for me, going to have to hack mine off with a saw because the nut is seized and the Allen key stripped.

As far as a shop, standard rate for shop saround here is between 75-100 an hour and just about any shop will quote you an hour per wheel.. So thats pretty fucking insane for the springs.
