Short answer, yes.
If you want to keep the OEM plug(s), you'll need an adapter.
Metra AX-TOYUSB or PAC Audio USB-TY1
If you want to keep the OEM AUX functional as well, it comes off the 28-pin connector. You can get a harness from here:

If you go that route, you can get the AX-TOYUSB directly from him as well.
The other option, as given by @
Chimera, is to pull out the factory USB/AUX port module and just replace it with the one he linked to.
In fact, I did this exact thing in my BRZ with my Pioneer HU, and I can confirm that it is a 100% perfect drop-in replacement fit. It couldn't be any easier.
And, wouldn't ya know it, I just happen to have an extra AX-USB-35EXT. I'll gladly sell it to you for a very fair price, just PM me.
