The hell I'm saying is you cannot make a profit manufacturing boost aid devices with the current levels of technology.

I love the idea of making your own. Its a great solution for overcoming the problems associated driving in high altitudes.
Why I don't plan on buying one is because the duty cycle is way to low for motor sports.

One market I have not researched thoroughly is to have it sold as a fuel saving device. One could lower the displacement of their engine and compensate with high compression and low boost. The yield would be low as you could never get a lean enough A/F mix to make it worth while. Emissions standards would not allow it either.

I see electric compressors working great for the ATV crowd.
The problem with that market is its Bulky and only suited for a Razor type vehicle.

I have said too much.

Instead of making the topic me. Why doesn't somebody suggest some facts and why they think it could work out to be financially viable?
