Is it the stock radiator that's limited if one were to go with Cusco's oil cooler?
F20/F22C both have heat exchangers like Cusco. Oil temps aren't really a concern on them.
the stock radiator is fine if NA, but with prolonged hard driving oil temps climb. even with the heat exchanger oil coolers the coolant does not rise but the oil temps still will with sustained hard driving.

The coolant/oil heat exchanger coolers will buy you about 10-15 minutes of sustained hard driving on a hot day.

The air/oil radiator types correctly sized should keep oil temps under control indefinitely.

monitor your oil temps if their getting over 230F to 240F then you should be looking at oil cooler especially if running the stock 0W20 oil, 10W30 give you a bit more security in hot climates or if boosted.

see the video in previoys link.
