This is the best mod you can do on the BRZ. I've been driving MT since the '80's, but changing gears has been very uncomfortable and inconsistent since I got the car 6 months ago. The clutch engagement point was just set too high off the floor. I adjusted the rod by a scant 1.5 rotations and it's smoothed out the shifts considerably.
