Not specifically BRZ related, but I bought myself a Tsuedo single exit exhaust for my 08 sti after doing a lot of reading and listening to lots of sound clips for different exhausts. $250 shipped, and sounded better than any of the "name brand" exhausts. No drone and fit was perfect. Seriously, one of the best sounding exhausts I've ever heard on an sti, and if it wasn't for the low price, I wouldn't have even considered a catback.
I think ebay exhausts can be great if you do your homework prior to purchasing.
Ps, if you know anyone with an 08-14 WRX/STi who's in the market for an exhaust, look into the Tsudo single exits. Miss the crap out of mine!
