To me bolt on mods (Intake/header/exhaust, OFT, etc.) are for those who want modest gains without completely changing the nature of the car. Not to mention there's a much less chance that you have to constantly fix issues on the car.

Or for those who want gains without having to invest 4-6k off the bat, and THEN have to get a huge exhaust, fluids, brakes, etc. And then have to worry about making a mistake and blowing your engine.
I thought about FI, but it's just too much time, money, risk, and effort, especially considering that I don't even know if there are tracks around here. I only found one and it looks like a rundown old oval.. not twistys. Honestly from the pics I saw, it looks ghetto.
