Is it just a logging issue perhaps rather than a ROM problem? What's your cal ID, RaceROM version etc? I've not logged mine recently so can't confirm.
Have you shot ECUtek or your Master Tuner an email?
If it's only done it since an update to ProECU then maybe try rolling back to the last known version. It's in the ECUtek directory on your laptop.
