Wow... ok... I just stared at your photos and kept going back and fourth between yours and mine for at least two minutes. I was sooo confused about how this thing was mounted.

Then I finally realized it's an optical illusion. I thought this top tab here was bolted down directly to the chassis. Now I see there's another vertical part of the bracket that connects it to the chassis.
