Wouldn't do anything at this point other than try filling up in another gas station. Stick with top tier brands and avoid the generic stuff. Then run through another tankful and keep see what happens to IAM. Don't do any ECU resets or any more flashes (assuming you have the correct tune file already in there of course). Let the ECU do it's thing and see what it ends up with
