Select regions have their own control, thus you find Lone Star State badges on trucks in Texas and sometimes different floor mats in Canada (both examples of PPOs done at their local ports). Those select regions have a choice to accept what they want from the TMS approved factory port options, or can decide to make their own.
In the case of the TRD performance options we are talking about, it is very possible that those regions just didn't have interest in the accessories TMS was offering. Thus you may find them missing.
Regardless, all things from TMS are considered to be the official voice of Toyota. The same cannot be said for publications from SE Toyota.
