I have been thinking that this is probably the best solution as well. Doesn't make sense to alienate all of the BRZ owners. Besides, nobody is actually taking delivery of a car with these parts on them which will force many to have to buy and install them.
I will admit that it appears they may be legal now, but continuing to allow them (in CS) in my opinion is not best for the sport
