Why would you asume that?
The only way the RS really differs from any other FR-S is the springs, sways, and aero.
So everyone adding everthing but the Aero from a RS wouldn't prompt the SEB to consider bumping a FR-S to B Street, but instead moving numerous cars around to accomodate the FR-S remaining in C Street?

Or the other option of maintaining the status quo, and essentially allowing a RS in C-Street.
