Saw an asphalt BRZ with front plate relocator (yes asphalt BRZ) driving east on Valley Blvd passed Fullerton Rd towards Nogales St in Rowland Heights around 5:57pm on Tuesday March 24. Asian male driver in his 20-30s with glasses and bald head. Gave you peace sign but you didn't see it.
