It's not complient because you're picking the wrong bin file.
Your car is using a 00C map. Why are you opening a 00D tune?
Using the openflash manage, in the upload section, find the folder containing the C tune files. You'll need the Stg1 tune file there. Start with 91 octane and try it for a couple of days
before doing anything else.
