Saw two OEM frs, one white frs with no front plate and one asphalt frs, parked near Costco gas station and LA Fitness at City of Industry between Castleton St and Hanover Rd at 5:53pm on Sunday March 22. I was about to park closer to LA Fitness but couldn't resist to park next to you two:
