Well I'll be damned. It DOES fit with the rear tire on! I'll update the first post with pics.
I added a pic with a tape measure too, and I don't think you're going to get aero bars in there unless you remove them.
Next order of bike/car business is get a hold of Saris and talk to them about using a bones rack on the car.
