For rough and general guesstimates of PD boost. Take whatever your known 'maxed' out NA build is putting out and take a ratio of the anticipated boost versus standard atmospheric pressure and apply the percentage as an additive difference to that NA build. This is just a rough basic theoretical value. Of course, if your max output is at 8.5k-9k and the motor on the ESC is peaking lower than that at 6k-7k, things will be vary noticeably and your ceiling will be lower.
So say you make 200bhp @ 6k. If you apply 7.5psi to 14.7psi at 1 atm, this is roughly 50% of the original value. So in a perfect world without parasitic drag, frictional losses, or compensated timing and tunes due to fuel limitations, you should see a max around 300bhp (200X.50=100+200). So 300 would be about your max cieling roughly speaking. No more, and likely less.
Hope that helps give you a general idea.
