Depends on tire construction. If the sidewalls are not stiff enough, you will need to run quite high tire pressures to keep it from flopping. You might get to a point where the pressures are so high that you begin to loose overall grip.
I was pleased with the AD08R in that size, but their sidewalls were incredibly stiff!! None of the current 200tw tires come close, unfortunately.
