I have almost 17k on my '13 FRS and the sound is with me everyday unless I'm listening to the radio.
I don't want to go to the dealer unless I am confident that they will fix it. It sounds like a simple resonant vibration somewhere in the clutch linkage and the clutch master is in that linkage for sure. It definitely doesn't sound like a bearing noise to me. The FRS is a blast to drive and this simple little quirk does not affect it's performance at all........but it is annoying as hell.
I am with you in that it is something in linkage or master. I can make it happen at will just by pushing in the clutch at a certain rate. Never get it during my regular driving though.
