The only complaints I've had were the ugly silver trim, and the strange buzzing noise the engine makes at above 4k rpm. Oh, and the tiny tail pipes.. FRS wins there.

As far as I know, the BRZ trunk has a trunk lining for sound deadening. DOn't know the existence of any other parts. There are some shock differences too but these shouldn't be night and day.
Maybe FRS owners are more picky.
