A wider set of wheels and tires are practical. I would at a minimum get a 17x9 wheel and run a 245 width tire. Any of these tires will get the job done:

Michelin Pilot Super Sport
Hankook RS-3
Bridgestone RE71R
Bridgeston RE11A
Dunlop Z2 Star Spec
BFG Rival
Kumho XS
