Even back in 2012 a lot of people were seeing orders coming in at weird intervals, some ordered later but coming in faster. The speculation was that it was due to colors and trims likely being produced in batches based on demand, red auto BRZ might be a trim shipped not long ago so its next date of manufacture is a month or two farther out than anticipated.
