Sorry I think I misinterpreted your message lol. You are referring to California and the strict as hell emissions laws right? Just read over that again and realized that's what you are talking about lol.
For carb certified kits JR and vortech (I think) are your only options. That being said, these kits (for the one day mine worked perfect lol) really add that perfect umph to the car.
