Getting 16s for the Summer. Want to get rid of my current setup

Wheels: Advan RG-D Replica 17x7 +40 (minor rashes on ONE wheel)
Tires: Stock Michelin Primacy HP (used for 1 summer only, car was bought in January 2014)
