I agree. I would take it right back to the very same person and when they give you that answer, just refuse to leave the premises until they either agree to write up the service or
put it in writing that they refuse to.
Guess which one they will do?
And for the record, I bought my BRZ CPO from the Subaru dealer WITH the extended SUBARU warranty (not some other company).
First thing I asked for was the complete service record.
