I've only used a clay bar with the wetting spray.
Keep the surface wet while using the clay bar. Make sure to fold the clay after each application and throw it after it gets really dirty.
I haven't used the Iron X stuff, but it looks interesting.
I didn't know about "rail dust" until I had a white car.
