I'll try not to be an ass...
First of all I'd say get wheels that fit instead of buying spacers to fill your fenders.
If you are dead set on those wheels and you decide you are going to need to get spacers anyways, just get 5x100 to 5x114.3 conversion spacers because it seems like you are on a budget. That way you won't need new rotors, brakes, anything...just bolt the spacers on and you are good. However it is kind of the cheap way of doing things...
