It's simple. At a four-way stop, the first person to arrive goes first, unless two people arrive at the same time, in which case the person on the right goes first, unless three cars show up simultaneously, in which case the person furthest to the right in a counterclockwise direction goes first, then the next furthest person and finally the person furthest to the left in a clockwise direction. Unless of course four vehicles show up simultaneously, in which case you're screwed.
