I've been reading the forums since the twins were released for automatic transmission problems. Nothing really to take note of. No one has an official torque figure for how much the tranny can take before damaging and I'm not a big fan of speculation, but I'm sure the rich kids will find out for us soon enough. There already is data that the torque converter can crap out after a few hard launches, hence an upgrade one. We are very lucky however to already have a few aftermarket parts to beef up the transmission for forced induction, which if you were going down that path...would seem obvious to do.

It seems the general consensus on having a tranny cooler is if you track the car. Judging by the data posted by others and the release of two kits for our cars, it looks to be needed. I'll be picking up a cooler as well later this month.
