I don't usually care too much about reading one's introduction post but I'm sure there are some out there who might.
A little bit about me... Names's Nick, 23, went to school for architectural engineering but somehow ended up in accounting...? I work for the City of Charlotte here in NC. I'm a very passionate gear head, have owned a bunch of motorcycles, spent some time on the track with both bikes and cars, and I love building my toys.
Just bought me a 2013 FR-S 10 series, #182 Saturday. Bought it from the Toyota dealer where my wife works, who ended up making a $650 commission off of me.

16K miles, one previous owner who happened to work there and used it for commuting, he was apparently very easy on it and had it serviced regularly. I come from Miata land. I currently own my 4th 1990 Miata that I have just put a freshly built 1.7L in after a couple of years of owning it. I've put quite a lot of time and money into it and did all of the work myself. It's a street used car but behaves more like a track car at this point so it'll be used now more for weekends and just hooning around. I have a B3000 4WD but that was bought for the snow and gets sort of lousy gas mileage with 32" tires so it was time to stop dailying it. So I've found a perfect daily and every minute I drive it, it grows on me.
I'm new to Boxer engines. I did quite a bit of research on this car before purchasing it and took a lot of time analyzing the D-4S injection system. I'm growing quite fond of the way it behaves and just how much of a joy it is to drive. Obviously I'm still within the 60K mile, 5 year manufacture warranty so not too worried if I encounter some little issues or quirks but I would like to prepare for any that may be common as eventually I know I'll have to open her up for surgery one of these days. I don't have huge plans for it since I have a bit on my plate at the moment but I do have little things in mind. The first will probably be wheels and tires. I've decided on the Enkei RPF1's in flat black 17X9 +35 with 245/40/17's and the CS style lip kit from Jon Motoring. I really like the note of the Nameless exhaust so that's also probably on the list. But I don't plan on tracking this car and it already does really well so for the most part it'll stay stock. That about sums it up.
Pictures following...
