I submitted the service records from the time that I had the car (the service intervals I posted before), which got them to move... They want to dis-assemble the engine to decide whether to cover it. If they decide to not cover it then I'll be responsible for the costs of dis-assembly.
Toyota/Scion as a manufacturer is really leaving a bad impression on me.
