At this point all I know is that there is a lapse in the service history. I have records from my ownership, but not before. There are only 2 service records the dealership can see from before I bought it. The dealership I purchased it from received the car at 26k miles. I purchased it at 28k miles. My service records are at 32k miles and 38k miles. Engine started making noise at 42k. A representative is coming to check every thing out some time next week. Until then, I can only be hopeful.
