Just playing Devil's Advocate here and I know I am sticking my neck out but...

Who says that the dealers denying some claims can't prove abuse or neglect in these cases?
We are seeing only one side of the story and people have been to stretch the truth on the internet before (shocking I know). Don't have to dig to far in here to find whole threads titled "My engine blew up after only 300 passes at the drag strip should I take off my 400hp turbo and full exhaust and flash back to the stock tune from the one my buddy made on his PlayStation before I take it in for warranty work?".

I am not saying that all denials are based on this sort of thing but we just don't know that everybody is being fully up front about what really happened.
