On the surface, yes, government employees can be "held accountable", "disciplined", and "terminated". How that policy and code is enforced and acted upon is a WHOLE 'nother story, which is what @ MikeM7 is underscoring.
There's a huge reason why the DMV is the most hated waiting line on earth. Consistently through each and every state and community. Anyone want to take a crack at why that is? |
