I think its great it is fully defeatable even if that does require the "peddle dance", just don't see the need to have it off all the time.

You'll also notice I have the 6AT in mine, so its all about personal preference. This is primarily a commuter car for me, so it meets my needs as is, and allows me to reconfigure when I want it reconfigured.
