Any Tips for Dialing in a suspension for maximum grip?

I've tried testing a turn local to me (probably a 30* turn) and cant seem to decide on a proper street/track setting.

FYI i have dampening adjustable BC BR coilovers and was testing with 245/45/17 handcook ventus v12evo tires at the OEM alignment.
