Either you or dealer have got code wrong.

2. If you oil level was that low to be causing the cam position problem then you have other serious issues like why was oil that low that oil pressure was dropping. You either burning or leaking oil. If oil pressure and level was that low for any apreciable period its likely caused other damage.

Hopefully the dealer is full of BS and the actual problem is a fuel pressure issue.
I know for sure the first time my oil level wasn't low enough for my car to stop working.
I told them how I asked around and googled what could cause the P0193 and they didn't even look at the fuel pump. They were so set that it was my oil level. Lol.
