flash back your stock rom with oft ( just to be sure you will have no issues at dealer), drive till cel code or problem re appears (reflash resets ecu and cel codes) then take to dealer, possible fuel pump issue , unless your running out of fuel .
car will go into limp home mode with that cel reduced power and 4500 rpm limit.

I know this is off topic with the OFT discussion. So I drove my car to the dealership and they "fixed" my P0193 code. They said my oil level was low that's why my cam positioning wasn't reading my car properly. Anyways, 2 weeks after that "fix" my car is getting my P0193 problem. Its on stock tune and my rpm keeps jumping up and down between 1k-2k rpm constantly. I'm here waiting outside for a tow truck. Been 1.5 hours now and Dealerships are closed on Sundays. Gotta call in late tomorrow just to bring it to the dealership. Any advice?
