I'm running 650lbs/in in the front and 750 in the rear. The front's can be lowered quite a ways, but the rear can only be dropped about 15mm. I think the way I have it set up now it is pretty close to the default height of the Ohlins, but I'm not quite sure, waiting on seeing alignment results as my judgement of the right ride height in the rear will be based on how much camber I get.
