Can I rant about these fuel pump replacements?
I've seen some members who've gone through every revision of fuel pump replacement since 2013 to try and silence the DI crickets. Somewhere posted is the price for the replacement part and it's over $1000 a pop, and it doesn't do JACK CRAP to fix the problem. I'm still on my OM fuel pump and it works fine as I can tell, though has crickets when it gets hot or perhaps bad gas.
So I'm asking, what is SOA doing throwing away money on this problem? They'll honor warranty work on something that doesn't do anything to fix the problem, but they'll deny warranty work for other problems?
Post your concerns if any. I know I'm stirring the shit but there has to be something said about this.
