Did you see my post containing a MAF rescale for the G/S Intake + OFH?
This is most of the work that needs to be done to have the v2.06 tune play nicely with the intake and header combo.
A side note, off-the-shelf tunes are often needing a rescale or tweak to get to work with your system, even with identical parts setups. This has many variables to it, but main variables are fuel quality and environmental conditions. Just some food for thought, hope you try it out. Let me know if you need any help
