I have found a few good twisty roads in MN here in the Metro area, but nothing fantastic. MN/DOT has county maps in PDF format to download.

If I'm going to go for the day and burn some gas, I head for WI. South of Hwy 10 to I-90, between the river and I-94. Decent pavement, twisties and nice places to stop for food.
