You will be able to adjust camber up front without buying extra parts with KW V3.

The WL rear camber kit will work but it is a difficult install and some shops don't like adjusting it.

Since you're a self-admitted suspension newbie, I'd highly recommend buying your suspension parts from an BRZ/FRS shop that knows things about suspension. There are a couple good ones on this board. That way when you have a question after you receive your stuff, you can get professionals to help you.
