The MAF scale should be the MAF scale no mater what fuel or tune you are using. If the MAF scale you are using for pump gas has low trims then it should be good for E85 as well. I think the OFT ots tunes adjust the the MAF on the higher side in case your MAF sensor voltage is a little off. Mine is, which I why I know. If the MAF scale that you have for your intake is good on pump gas it would be good on E85 as well. If it is not than you will need to make a custom scale like I did. If your MAF scale is good on pump but not on E85 you need to change the scale on the DI and PI so it so it is right.
