Thanks for the description, @Enalband24. That's about what I figured, just wasn't 100% on how to get the mirror apart and all that.

Looking closer at it, I'm not sure that the V1 concealed display will fit inside there - at least not as-is. I don't use the CD on a regular basis, so I'll see if I can dismantle it a bit and rig something up.
